My artistic journey began as a child with my first box of water colour paints, at every opportunity I would record birds and animals in my sketch book. I studied Art and Design at Birmingham and eventually Fine Art in East London obtaining a BA ( Honours ) degree in Fine Art.

I established a female painting and decorating business in 2006 in Canterbury Kent, which I ran successfully for 16 years. I worked on interior restoration projects developing my trade skills but also conjoining my artistic skills in a practical way.

I have now returned to my homelands from the South East to Derbyshire . The relocation has given me time to reflect on my next career venture, finally honouring my talent as an artist.
